在金相試樣制備過程中，試樣的預(yù)磨，是拋光前常用的前道工程，先將試樣預(yù)磨光后，可大大提高試樣制備的功效，YM-2A預(yù)磨機(jī)，是通過對多方面的調(diào)研和采集多方面使用人員的意見及要求設(shè)計而成，為適應(yīng)更多材料預(yù)磨的需要，該機(jī)的磨盤直徑大于國內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品，磨盤的轉(zhuǎn)速也不同于國內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品，是試樣預(yù)磨的較好設(shè)備。
YM-2A預(yù)磨機(jī)的工作原理：先由清水通過水管不斷流入旋轉(zhuǎn)的磨盤中，這時浮在水面的砂紙在旋轉(zhuǎn)磨盤離心力的作用下，將砂紙下的水拋出盤外，形成真空，大氣壓便將砂紙緊緊地壓在磨盤上，即可進(jìn)行預(yù)磨工作，當(dāng)磨盤旋轉(zhuǎn)停止后即失去這種作用，此時砂紙便可自由取下。
During Metallurgical Sample preparation, pre-grinding is a necessary prevenient work of polishing. Pre-grinding the samples can greatly improve preparation efficiency. YM-2A was designed after collecting many customers’ suggestions and requests. To adjust to all kinds of material pre-grinding, the grinding wheel size of YM-2A is larger than the same products in china. The rotating speed is different from other products. YM-2A is the best choice for metallurgical sample pre-grinding.
Working Principle of YM-2A：Through pipe, water flow to the rotating grinding wheel. The eccentrical force throws the water under grinding disc, and forms vacuum which attracts it to do pre-grinding work. Stop rotating, the eccentrical force loses and the grinding disc can be taken off.
